Beginner Keyboard Club

Give your child a fun, supportive introduction to playing the keyboard! This small-group program is designed for students in grades 3 and up, and no previous musical experience is needed.

Students will learn:

• Keyboard geography and proper playing position
• Rhythm and musical notation
• Melodies, chords and accompaniment patterns
• Ensemble playing and beginning solo pieces
• Practice habits that build confidence and independence

PRE-REGISTRATION

A $20 initial materials fee is required to pre-register and reserve your child’s place.

This $20 payment is the student’s initial materials fee. It is not the first monthly tuition payment and will not be added to the advertised program costs.

The program is currently pending final venue confirmation. If Jot & Tittle Studios is unable to hold the program, your $20 payment will be refunded in full. Be sure to provide an email at checkout!

PROGRAM DETAILS

• 24 weekly, one-hour lessons
• Tuesday evenings, October through April
• Bloomsburg location to be announced soon
• Small-group instruction with limited enrollment
• Designed for grades 3 and up
• No previous experience necessary
• End-of-program student showcase for family and friends

TUITION AND EQUIPMENT

• Tuition: $75 per month, October through April, due before the 1st of the month.
• A portable keyboard with full-size keys and a headphone jack is required
• Estimated keyboard package: approximately $200 (unless you already have one)

Once the class is confirmed, registered families will receive the complete schedule, student information form, keyboard-package details and payment deadlines.

Pre-register by September 18. Enrollment is limited, and additional interested families may be placed on a waiting list.
