Thank you for shopping with Jot and Tittle Studios! We’re committed to getting your creative supplies, craft kits, and custom gifts into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items & craft kits: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping. 

  • Custom orders & personalized products: Please allow 5–10 business days for creation and processing before shipping. Processing times may vary during busy seasons.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (before tax & after discounts) ship free within the U.S.

  • Local Pickup: Available for customers near Bloomsburg, PA. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

  • We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ship promptly, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping (domestic), please contact us at info@jotandtittlestudios.com with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Provide photos of damaged items or packaging when applicable.
    We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
