Refund policy

Merchandise: If you're not absolutely satisfied, please reach out so we can make it right!

Event Tickets: Refunds on event tickets are not accepted within 7 days of the event. Store credit or transfer to a different event of the same price will be issued if a refund is requested within 7 days of the event date. We also may be able to make a take-home kit for the project if preferred to pick up at a later date. Tickets may be transferred to another party, but please reach out to let us facilitate. No refunds or exchanges on or after the event date.
