Jot & Tittle Studios was created to offer a different kind of evening; one where you can laugh, learn, create, and connect with others in a welcoming environment. No experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, and we'll take care of the rest.
How it Started
As a homeschooling mom, I wanted to build something that allowed me to spend more time creating with my children instead of working away from them. Creativity has always been a big part of our family. My daughter, Ashleigh, has loved drawing and making things for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always enjoyed exploring new creative hobbies myself.
Jot & Tittle Studios began in 2022 with simple craft kits, but I couldn’t stop dreaming about something bigger. In many ways, I was imagining the business of my childhood dreams: a place filled with creativity, curiosity, and the joy of making something by hand.
On a whim, I walked into Unida Pizza and asked if they’d ever consider hosting a craft workshop. To my surprise, they said yes. Our very first workshop sold out with 24 guests, and suddenly this little idea felt like it might become something much bigger. That night helped me recognize the beauty in creating experiences that brought people together.
Today, Jot & Tittle Studios continues to grow through workshops, private events, and creative experiences throughout our community. One of my greatest joys has been watching Ashleigh grow alongside the business, especially as she develops her own creative brand, Cutesy Sketch. Seeing her confidently share ideas, connect with customers, and even teach others has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey!

Around here, we affectionately call Ashleigh our Kidpreneur. Since the very beginning of Jot & Tittle Studios, she's been creating, helping at workshops, sharing ideas, and encouraging others to explore their creativity.
Building this business together has given us so much more than a shared project...it has given us memories, life lessons, and countless opportunities to grow side by side. I can't wait to see where her creativity leads next!
Ashleigh is also the owner of Cutesy Sketch, teaching local drawing classes, and running her own Doodle Booth at pop-up events.
